This motley group of 8 guys worked for me over the course of 3 weeks to build and install
all of the decorative banners as well as sponsorship signage at 35 sports venues in the
US and in Canada.  We worked around the clock putting in 20 hour days for 14 days straight.

We are at Pilot Field in this picture at 3:00 AM installing banners and signs in the outfield.
Dale, who is in the blue shirt and black shorts would come to be one of my assistant
managers over the course of the next 7 years.  Dale would later go on to produce the 2002
Salt Lake Winter Olympics as well as the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan as a Senior Logistics
Manager on his own.
